Special Instructions for Party RentalsPaymentAll reservations must be paid in full 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Down PaymentsA down Payment is necessary to to confirm reservations. Orders which include tents- the down payment is the total rental of the tent (tents fees are non-refundable). ALL DOWN PAYMENTS ARE USED TOWARD THE CONTRACT BALANCE BUT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IF CANCELLED Customer’s Responsibility: Count and check over your order upon delivery and pick up. Deliveries do not include set-up or take down of rented items. This service is available upon request at an extra charge. There will be a 12% damage waiver charge, which will cover minor breakage or losses. Anything major will be charged accordingly. You may decline the damage waiver and pay a 20% deposit based on the total bill in lieu of the damage waiver. Returning of Arches, Candelabras, Kneeling Benches, Pillars and all other weddings accessoriesUse only twist ties or fishing line, NO TAPE or GLUE please. All decorations must be removed. Use only dripless candles. Metal refillable candles are available at a cost of $2.00 each. Candelabras are to be returned free of wax and decorations. Returning of Dishware – Special InstructionsPlease return all dishes, flatware and glassware fully rinsed and clean of food, sorted and placed back in the proper racks. A cleaning fee of 15 CENTS PER PIECE will be assessed for any items returned unclean. Returning of Linens – Special InstructionsUpon return, table linens must be dry and free of food waste. Please return in the same bag received. If garage bags are used please be sure they do not end up in the garbage!!!!! For all permanent stains, burns or other damage which is not covered by damage waiver, you will be charged replacement cost. The damage item then belongs to you. Warning! Only use dripless candles. Candle wax can stain and is often difficult to remove. Coffee makers – Special Instructions
Fill coffee urn with cold water to quantity desired. Place percolator stem assembly down into the well element. Wet bottom of the basket bottom of basket and add regular or percolator grind coffee. Plug into 110-120 AC outlet only. Turn on switch. Pilot light comes on at end of percolating action (coffee maker automatically switches to low heat and keeps coffee at right serving temperature). If coffee is to be kept hot for considerable length of time, basket and stem assembly should be removed. DO NOT IMMERSE ELECTRIC BASE IN WATER. To clean inside of urn, use only hot water. Be sure to disconnect urn when coffee is gone. Use only a heavy–gage extension cord when necessary. Beverage Fountains – Special InstructionsNO PULP!!! DO NOT DISASSEMBLE!!! PLUG DIRECT!!! NO EXTENSION CORDSAfter each use, put clean, fresh water in bowl (preferably warm) let run approximately ½ hour to dissolve any sugar residue. WARNING – DO NOT RUN FOUNTAIN DRY. DO NOT IMMERSE BASE OF FOUNTAIN IN WATER. To chill a beverage, use chunks of ice in the bowl, ice cubes in a plastic bag or several pieces of dry ice in the bowl. Pre-cool beverage when possible Karaoke SystemPlease use system as intended only. There is a $50.00 deposit which will be returned after the system is completely checked out and is considered in acceptable operating conditions. Slushy Machines
To clean, run warm water through till clear. DO NOT DISASSEMBLE!!!! THERE WILL BE A $450 CHARGE IF THE CLEAR DOME IS CRACKED OR BROKEN, this is not covered by the damage waiver!!
