Andy’s Taylor Rental,
Words cannot express my gratitude for all your help with the EXTREME MAKEOVER HOME edition event. Everyone went above and beyond the call of duty to help with this amazing effort. The tent was perfect and I appreciate your keeping us with fresh linens. You all were so easy to work with and I will definitely remember you if I need anything in the future.
Sincerely,
Cynthia/Montello Group

When you're getting ready to rent a projector for that big meeting, following a few basic tips can help you avoid a major disaster.
The first thing to consider when renting a projector isn't the projector at all, but the other equipment that goes with it. If you are in a large room, you may need a microphone and amplification equipment.
Also, if your presentation, or the presentation of your speakers will be shown from a laptop connection, make sure that you know ahead of time whether your speakers will have their own laptop, or will expect one to be provided.
And of course, the screen itself is a major consideration, you will need to get a good quality screen that is well-matched to your projector and the room's characteristics. The lighting of the room itself should be taken into account when selecting a projector rental. Test all the equipment ahead of time. In addition to giving the projector equipment a dry run, make sure all of the laptops that will be used in the presentation will work with the projector. In general, almost any laptop will work, but they must have a video port.
