Tent !!! What Size Do I Need?

Ask yourself the following questions:

  • How many guests are invited?
  • What activities will take place under the tent? ie: Band, Dance, Food, Tables & Chairs, etc.
  • What type of surface will the tent be placed on? ie: Grass, Concrete, etc.
Here is a guide for determining the size needed for your event:

Beverages!!! How Do I Plan?


Champagne – 1 case (12 fifths) serves 50 people (82 drinks). Our Fountains will operate as little as 3 bottles and as much as 5 gallons.

Liquor
– Plan approximately 2 drinks per hour for each guest. There are 21-28 drinks per quart of liquor. Taste preferences today are Vodka, Scotch, Gin and Bourbon.

Punch
- One gallon of punch serves approximately 24 persons. (32-30z. drinks with ice)

Coffee
- One pound of coffee serves 60-80 cups.
